This was a great healthy version of artichoke spinach dip which everyone seems to love. I didn't miss the heavy ingredients at all...this turned out just as flavorful and delicious. This recipe is pretty involved in that it utilizes the cooktop, the food processor and the oven, so I wouldn't say it's that quick to make, but it is worth the trouble....
