This cake is delicious. If you follow the recipe exactly, and weigh the dry ingredients instead of just measuring them by volume, all of the liquid will absorb into the cake. This cake is very good and easy to make. My whole family enjoyed it and I'll definitely make it again. I did use less sugar though. For the cake itself I used 1 1/2 cup sugar and for the topping I only used maybe 1/4 cup. It was still plenty sweet. I used frozen thawed mango, and I didn't need to add any water to it at all. ""
