Reviewed Cold Peanut Soba Noodles With Chicken

"LOVE this recipe.

I now keep buckwheat soba noodles and beans stocked for this recipe since it is so easy, plus I can use them for other things. I get the noodles at World Market but recently discovered I can get them cheaper at Ingles.

I do make some changes:
-I omit chicken usually unless I happen to have left over grilled chicken on hand.

"This wa really good soup! The cinnamon/cumin gave it a kind of Moroccan flair that was really good - could easily be altered a bit with some raisins and couscous to be a Moroccan soup I think.
Be sure to toast the pasta- it really adds depth. I'm going to try toasting the chickpeas with the pasta next time - those were not as good as soaking up fl""

About Me

I'm a career girl working as an engineer but would really rather just stay home and cook, decorate, garden, etc. Too smart for my own good.

I' m far from a picky eater and love trying new foods. I currently hold a crop share with Clemson University. From that I've cooked and tried a lot of new veggies and am becominga vegatarian. Dont worry though, it wont take because I cook steak way too well for that.
