Reviewed Broccoli Cheese Soup

Very tasty - used a blend of medium and sharp cheddar with a bit of aged provolone. My broccoli crowns were pretty big so there may have been some extra green; I used the potato masher method to break up the big clumps which varied the texture which I enjoyed - sometimes with rich cream soups the intensity can get tiring so a big bite of broccoli"
