Reviewed Old-Fashioned Meat Loaf- A.K.A 'Basic' Meat Loaf

"Honestly this is a very good recipe, however I add 1/4 teaspoon italian seasoning, and instead of canned tomatoes I use marinara sauce. I always use a red bell pepper since it is sweet, sometimes I use 1/4 cup of grated carrot as well (to get veggies in without anyone noticing). I make this recipe quite often, but I usually top it with BBQ sauce. "

Reviewed Dutch Apple Pie

"What a fantastic recipe! I have followed this recipe several times and I just love it. Since I am a huge fan of cinnamon I added some to the topping as well, and used "sugar in the raw" for some more texture. Absolutely fabulous!"

"I kept the skins on my potatoes, and it reminded me of the mashed potatoes from Outback. I really enjoyed this recipe. Thanks Paula, love ya' girl! "

Reviewed Classic Stuffing

"I added walnuts and raisins because that's what my grandma used to do. With or without, this stuffing is scrumptious! If you have a basic "stove top" "type" of stuffing you can use this recipe to doctor it up! "

"Excellent recipe! I made this for Thanksgiving and Christmas, my family absolutely loved it. Don't forget to brine the turkey at least 24 hours before preparation, other than that I wouldn't change a thing. "

Reviewed Crispy Garlic-Sage Potatoes

"Great alternative to fried french fries and not soggy at all! I added a little thyme, which marries well with sage. Yum! ""

Reviewed Copy-Cat Panda Express Sweet Fire Chicken

"This is a great base recipe for the Sweet Fire Chicken you would normally see at Panda Express. I made some minor changes: instead of frying the chicken, I chose a healthier alternative by boiling the chicken in chicken broth. Once the chicken was done, I added it to a sauté pan and cooked it in the delicious sauce provided by Jillian - which I add..."
