This recipe is fine if you're looking for sheet cookies. I was looking for a more brownie-like texture, which this recipe does not deliver. Still tasty - just not what I wanted.

Just sweet enough and perfectly moist. And so easy to make! This is a winner.

I was really impressed by this recipe. Made it for Christmas dinner. The non-coconut lovers loved it and the non-pumpkin lovers loved it. It has a light consistency and flavor, so if you're looking for a dense pie do not look here.

I don't think the melted chocolate chips are necessary. It makes the pie crust too hard. Watch your teeth! The filling is pleasant but a little too dense and not quite sweet enough for my taste.

Do NOT believe the cooking time. This needs to be in the oven much longer than 45 minutes. I left it in for 1hr 20 min and it turned out perfectly. Do not stress about overcooking it. You'll be fine. Delicious.

As is it is far too dry for my taste. Instead of one tbsp milk I use four tbsp buttermilk. I also add four tbsp vegetable oil. Doing so results in a much moister bread.
