Reviewed Baked Mashed Potatoes, with Pancetta, Parmesan Cheese, and Breadcrumbs
"Made these for Thanksgiving 2010. The kids (18, 15 and 10) all helped with this dish! First year they've actually volunteered to help and liked what they made! A little worried about what they will do come Christmas :) Going to try it again with red potatoes tonight!
