Reviewed Hot Artichoke-Spinach Dip
"Yuck! I made it exactly as the recipe said to. It wasn't runny at all as some reviewers said. It had a very strange texture and taste though. The texture was a bit sandy. I am guessing this was from the beans? Not sure. The taste was not like any Artichoke-Spinach dip I have ever had. I usually love Artichoke-Spinach dip and was excited to try this one because it was lower fat and more protein than most recipes. Unfortunately, it was a total flop. My kids won't even eat it.
