"Ok so I made the black bean salsa first, let it sit in the fridge for 24 hrs. I made the Carnitas from his Diner, Drive-ins, and Dives show. I used the black bean salsa on those and it was wonderful. The next day I made this coyote quesadilla and used the black bean salsa on it. It was soooo good.
