Reviewed Pumpkin Chocolate Chip Cookies

These were good. As other reviewers suggested I doubled the spices and used allspice and grated the nutmeg which it needed. They were not super pumpkin flavored but still really good. With the cake like texture they reminded me of muffin tops. I cooked them using a silpat sheet and noticed they needed more time in the oven as well. I'll defin"

I thought it was good but not as fabulous as Scott made it seem. It did take a lot of time from start to finish (though little work) as mentioned in the recipe and the show but I thought it would be worth it for fresh bread. After watching the show again though I noticed that the recipe online and how Scott made it was different. Next time I wi"

So yummy! I followed the recipe to a tee - I like to do this the first time through- and it was amazing. I wouldn't change a thing. The polenta was a bit too creamy for my taste but the crock pot trick was awesome!! This is a great meal that is super easy when company is coming since all the prep work is done way before they arrive. I have ye...

This was amazing! We followed the recipe to a tee and it was SOOO good. Hard to believe it came out of our kitchen and not a restaurant. Another hit for the T-day leftovers from Melissa. I've never been disappointed by any of her entrees that I've made - keep them coming!""

Normally I'm a big Melissa fan but I made these following the recipe to the tee and they are so-so. I feel like they are missing something in the dough to add something extra. Not sure what though.""

Wow was this good!! I also halved the sugar (depends on the sweetness of your watermelon) and tasted before I froze it to check if it was enough. I also didn't have an ice cream maker so I followed the directions mentioned on an earlier review to freeze mixture for 4 hours in glass 9x13 pan then cut into chunks and food process then refreeze. ...

Jul 4, 2011 in Food Network Community Toolbox on FoodNetwork.com

Amazingly good! This is probably the best meatloaf I've ever eaten (and I have a few great other recipes). Very easy to make and I had all the ingredients in my fridge/pantry with a few modifications. I used dried thyme instead of fresh and I had green peppers instead of yellow in the freezer. The balsamic glaze was delicious and tied it all to"

Very yummy and not as much spice as I thought it would have. Maybe that was the curry paste I used though. Very tender chicken. The recipe didn't state whether to use bone in or boneless or skinless chicken and I missed the episode to know which she used. I used boneless with skin on and the skin crisped up nicely. I will definitely make thes"

Not as much flavor as I thought they would have and I used chicken stock to make the couscous. They also fell apart easily despite by best efforts to keep them together. If I make these again I would definitely add dates, golden raisins or something else to add some sweetness."

Amazingly good!! I have yet to try one of Melissa's recipes and not love it. I had extra cooked potatoes in the fridge and used them as well and dropped the celery since I didn't have it. I ate one and started another they were so good and my husband, currently a culinary student, raved about them too!"

Very good! I prefer things more mild so I used a less hot sauce with success. I also couldn't be bothered by layering it so I cooked separately but mixed everything together and topped with crumb topping which I think resembles more of a mac and cheese and it turned out fine. Glad I read the reviews though because this makes a ton!!! I split it...

My house smelled so good when making this dish. I forgot to buy the pepper but still made it without issue. Used ground ingredients when I didn't have the whole to toast and used a mortal and pestle to ground the toasted spices which seemed to work. A little more time consuming than I expected it to take so I'm glad I prepped everything before...

In the search of trying to recreate the chipatis I had while in Uganda I was excited to see this show and try it. They were pretty easy to make but I wasn't sure just how thin to roll them and in retrospect I should have rolled them thinner. They did puff up without any issue though. A keeper for sure to use with other recipes."

Saw this episode for using left over turkey and cranberry sauce and thought I'd give it a try. It was super easy to make and very tasty. I followed the recipe exactly and used the rest of the salsa for dipping with chips. Very yummy and I will make this again with cooked chicken.
