My Activity

Reviewed Scalloped Potato Gratin

"A winner for sure!!! I made it for 16 people. Had to add some cooking time but the end result was a success. I might try adding some pancetta or bacon next time.
Tyler's recipes are always a hit.""

Reviewed Throwdown's German Chocolate Cake with Coconut-Pecan-Cajeta Frosting, Chocolate Ganache and Coconut Whipped Cream

"This was the most time consuming and cake I've ever made and well worth it. Definitely for a birthday or special occasion. The cake batter concerned me because it seemed so thin but the finished product was so rich, dense and moist...truly perfect. The cajeta was also delicious. I couldn't find goats milk so I split that portion with buttermilk and whole milk. The ganache was amazing...what a fantastic recipe....go Bobby!

Reviewed Chicken Enchiladas with Roasted Tomatillo Chile Salsa

"These enchiladas were terrific! My new go-to recipe. I might try to incorporate some queso fresco in while assembling them next time.
