Reviewed Lemon Pie Cookies
"These are great cookies plain or with the cream cheese. Very light. I added a bit more lemon zest to the batter and cream cheese because we like lemon. I also just added 2 TBSP of fresh lemon juice to the batter and then froze the log. I did have some problems slicing the log and keeping the slices from falling apart so I may add a bit mor liqu"
