"I've made this dozens of times, and it's a favorite at my house. There are some catches - the sugar, cornstarch and milk mixture never really does "thicken." But, once you add the eggs it turns into the right consistency. And, in my opnion, you need to double the recipe to have enough pudding to make the layers. But overall, this beats the pants off pudding mix!
