This is absolutely easy and a real crowd pleaser. It does make a very large amount so you can enjoy your company while it bakes. One of my shortcuts is to use Panko rather than fresh breadcrumbs. Additionally, the seafood counter at our local HEB will steam fresh lobster, upon request, while you handle the rest of your food shopping. I would sugg"
