"I made this for my family and it was a resounding success. My husband and I were not sure about the biscuit topping, but we both loved it. This pot pie is creamy, comforting and delicious, but it didn't leave me feeling over full. I slightly modified the biscuit topping by adding a small pinch of dried thyme and I was very pleased with the result."
