"I've been making this recipe weekly for quite awhile and it is delicious! I've tweaked it many times, adding more roasted peppers, fine diced serrano chile, yellow and orange peppers, Worcester sauce, liquid smoke etc.
I've shared it with friends and I get bugged to make more all the time. Perhaps I'll start marketing it... lol.

Been enjoying the food network since its inception. I've visited and met many of the old/current hosts during my travels or visiting spots in the nearby NJ/NY/PA area. I truly enjoy cooking and the network has given me a great sense with food and technique. I find cooking very therapeutic. I've recently scaled back my business and have more time to enjoy cooking and sharing. I enjoy the recipes and tweaking/combining them to make them my own. Thanks to the food network for making cooking fun and unintimidating. Cheers!
