Reviewed Chicken with Shallots

"I made this one for dinner tonight. It was really easy and delicious. For those who thought it was too salty or lemony, I would make two suggestions. First, don't use 3 lemons. Use 1/3 cup of lemon juice. The recipe says 1/3 cup and indicates it is 3 lemons. With the lemons I bought it was 1 1/2 lemons. Three would have been way too lemony.""

Reviewed Pumpkin Roulade with Ginger Buttercream

"This is a great dessert. The mascarpone filling is rich and creamy, and the whole thing is easy to make. Not sure why it is rated "Difficult". Just follow Ina's directions in the video and it works. I have made it 4 or 5 times and it is always a hit. I make it the night before, wrap it, and store it in the refrigerator. It is more flavorful the next day.
