I'm giving this recipe 3 stars for the health factor and the idea behind it, but it was horribly lacking in flavor. I added a parmesan rind to it from the beginning and that didn't begin to be enough. It needed some kick of flavor, I'm not quite sure what though? The recipe was decent overall, but not the flavor I would have expected from Guy. Luckily I tasted the sauce several times before baking and added some chicken soup base to the sauce along with red pepper flakes, 1/2tsp, lots of pepper and some nutmeg. How can something this simple be soooo good? I grilled the corn in the husks so that is was cooked, then cut it from the cob. I added some red pepper flakes for a small kick and also went with the garlic and lemon juice that another person suggested! Everybody loved it and there wasn't a kernel left!

I added just a tad of red pepper flakes, I used half the amount of creme fraiche because I used sour cream in its place and I added a tsp of ground garlic powder...AWESOME!
