"I got turned on to Veal Chops n peppers while up in Utica,NY and I loved em! I've made this recipe many times and love it a little amended. I stove grill the chop and then put it in the other pan with the peppers....some roasted broccolini on the side! Yummy!"

"I grew up savoring Taylor Pork Roll in Maryland since the 50's. Still buy it today in Little Rock. Just brown it up gently. I serve it like bacon for breakfast. It's really very good. "

About Me

Helped my Mom cook when I was a kid and never stopped.  I still have her black iron skilletts.  Raised on all styles of cooking, but mainly Seafood, Country, Lousianna, and Mexican.  (Mom from Pecos, TX).  Schooled a little at La Acadame in DC.
