“Lovely. I made a few changes. I sauteed the pancetta alone for a few minutes before adding the peppers. Used low sodium chicken broth. Doubled the wine and the tomatoes and added 1/2 tsp red chile flakes.
Served it over DreamFields low carb Rotini. Added a simple green salad and some crusty italian bread to sop up the delicious sauce....”
