Reviewed Pineapple Casserole
"My family loves Paula's pineapple casserole. I do decrease the sugar to two-thirds cup, and instead of mixing the topping of Ritz crushed crackers and butter, I sprinkle the Ritz crackers on top and just drizzle melted butter (about one-fourth cup) over the crackers. This prevents a soggy topping and the casserole comes out golden.
