"This was delicious.After reading about other people having theirs turn out undercooked; I shut my oven off after 30 minutes and put some foil over the bundt pan and let it sit in there for another 10 minutes. Mine was perfectly baked and tasted even better the next day.This is very rich but very good and I give it 5 stars."
