Excellent recipe. I have made this a few times and I put lemon curd on the first layer, then frost with a vanilla frosting sprinkled with sweetened coconut. Refrigerate for a few hours for clean cuts. It's a hit every time.

Excellent Soup. Loved the texture and the flavor. Served it for friends who asked for the recipe. I used small onions since I didn't want a heavy onion flavor. Worked great, followed the rest of the recipe exactly.

Excellent stuffing. I made a dry run batch and only adjusted the liquid. I added one more cup of chicken stock. The cranberries add a lovely color and flavor. This is the kind of recipe that allows a cook to alter greatly, however I like stuffing to be simple and flavorful so I never add nuts and always use sourdough bread from Trader Joe's.
