Reviewed Bacon Cheeseburger Meatloaf
"My family loved this meatloaf! However, I did make some small changes to remove some of the fat. I used 1 whole egg and 2 egg whites, only 7 pieces of bacon, a little less cheese and less mayo. I bumped up the breadcrumbs. However, as others have said, the loaf did not hold together well. Didn't matter cause the 3 of us ate the whole thing!"
