"I'd give it five after a few modifications. I wanted a main dish salad, so I added two grilled chicken breasts, cut into 3/4 inch cubes. Also, the mixture seemed quite dry, so I added two tablespoons of water from the jar of kalamata olives, then 1/4 cup of purchased pesto. Delicious over mixed greens."
