Reviewed Almost-Famous Pumpkin Cheesecake

Just made this last night as a practice for Thanksgiving. Came out great. I agree that the spices could be doubled and the gingersnap crust is a great idea; I do that with my pumpkin pie. One major change I made: I didn't want such a big dessert so I halved the recipe and put it in an 8" springform pan. Perfect fit. I baked it just about the same "
