Reviewed Roasted Cauliflower With Dates and Pine Nuts
"I've never been a fan of cauliflower but this recipe has turned me around. It's so good---sweet and flavorful and unique. The first time I made it I didn't have the pine nuts so I used walnuts which I liked even better than the second time I made the recipe using the pine nuts it called for. My husband is also crazy about this dish.
