"Is is a must make recipe for those of you who like kabobs! I have made this time and time again, and each time seems to be better than the last. The only change I make to the recipe, is that I skewer the meat and the vegetables separately, because they cook at different rates. I also cook the skewers over a charcoal fire on the grill. I wish Anne had a larger presence on FoodNetwork. She not only presents great food using simple ingredients, but she is wonderfully entertaining as well. Thanks Anne!
