Oops! Forgot to add that instead of soy sauce I used Worcestershire sauce as well. Yum!

I read all the reviews and decided to try this anyway. Something about it made me excited and I just love barely, beef and veggies together! Here are my modifications that made it delicious!

My husband made this for me one day and I absolutely loved it! He did some modifications based on what we didn't have. He is a far more experienced cook then me so I will try to get as close to this as I can - with that, does anyone know if I don't have fresh ginger, just the dried spice, how much I would use? He also added potato :) Yummmy

This is me and my husbands #1 favorite recipe. We have been to many Italian restaurants, some very good ones, and even the chicken piccata dishes there can't touch this one.
