Tip: Instead of 2 cups of " All purpose Flour " in the batter mix, I like to use 2 cups ZaTarain's Chicken Frying Mix. It is a mild Flour mix that just adds a little more flavor. also if you double dredge chicken you get a thicker coating. Thanks for the recipe :)"

I tried the wedges again the next day without mixing the Olive oil with the dry ingredients, instead tossed the wedges in Olive oil then sprinkled the dry rub on top. This is a recipe I will use ALOT!
Very Tasty! Something you would buy in a restaurant. "
