This is a really good recipe. I make it with the whole fat buttermilk. The waffles are crispy on the outside and light and fluffy on the inside. My husband has used it to make savory waffles (pesto) and the recipe still works really well."

This is an amazing recipe. The chutney has wonderful flavor and is a perfect combination with the salty, crunchy shrimp. I definitely recommend this recipe, make it exactly as directed.""

Awesome! Great flavor. I didn't have a shallot, so I used some red onion and one clove of garlic. I also added a pinch of nutmeg. It was really good, I highly recommend it. The cookies are very sweet, so I added an extra 1/4 tsp of salt to the coconut batter. Also, DO NOT USE PARCHMENT PAPER to bake them, use a Silpat on top of a cookie sheet....

Some of the best Dahl I've made. I used heaping 1/2 tsp's of the spices and about 2 tsp of salt. Then I put the Dahl over basmati rice with a dollop of sour cream. Amazing!
