This tasted SO much better than the recipe read! I had serious doubts before making it, but it was so darn easy I decided to give it a whirl. Very flavorful, and would absolutely make it again. One thing - it took far longer than 25 minutes for the veggies to look like they did in his show

Tasted OK, but wasn't phenomenal. I didn't think it tasted anything like the real deal Tacos Al Pastor from Mexico although the color looked right. I followed the recipe exactly, even used a nice, fresh pineapple. It just wasn't zippy enough...

Holy cow - this looked so amazing on the show that my daughter and I ran to the kitchen and tried to duplicate everything he made! We didn't exactly have all of the ingredients...but we had enough to get a feel for how it would turn out if we followed things exactly! um....yum!

What a fabulous and easy dish! I made it for a couple of friends coming over for a happy hour - and they each tried to keep the whole bowl for themselves! I only made a couple of substitutions - I used Meyer Lemon EVOO because that was all I had, and added some chives in addition to the scallions. The lime zest was key to making this salad nice a...

Fantastic!! The thought of putting maple syrup in a dressing really didn't appeal to me - but based on the reviews I thought I would give it a try anyway. AM I GLAD I DID! I loved everything about this salad - the spice of the arugula, the bite of the capers, the touch of sweet in the dressing, the tang of the lemon, and the smooth flavor of th...

Wow. I didn't know frozen spinach could taste so good! We only had skim milk and almond milk in the house - so I skipped making the paneer and focused solely on the saag.

I boosted the ingredients by 25% because our grocery store only sells frozen spinach in 10 oz. blocks. Increasing everything by 25% allowed me to use...
