Healthy, nice and simple as is. If you are looking to make a more substantial salad, consider adding any or all of the following: 1/2 to 1 cup roasted corn kernals, 1 can black beans (drained, quartered cherry or grape tomatoes to taste. When ready to serve, diced avocado also goes well. Love the versitility with this one. ""
