Replied to Quick and Easy Peppermint Fudge Recipe : Ree Drummond : Food Network

Hmm. Not sure what happened. The chocolate got too hot and boiled, perhaps, which can cause the oils to separate. Maybe, instead of using a double broiler or pot to melt the chocolate, try microwaving the chips and milk together in the microwave for 2 minutes (no longer) on high, and then stir it until everything is melted and "married." I did,...

Super easy and yummy! I stole another poster's idea and made a second batch with white chocolate. Both fudges were terrific, but I think I like the white chocolate one the best!

Incredibly good. The seasonings have quite a kick, and they certainly wake up your mouth! Instead of cooking an entire pork butt, I used ground pork, and the patties turned out wonderfully. I just finished eating biscuits and sawmill gravy, made with my very own sausage. Yum! Thanks Alton!"

I love you, Aida! This meatloaf is, well....INCREDIBLE!!! I was very skeptical about adding the bratwurst, but what a delicious change! I have always loved meatloaf (comfort food), but my husband detested it.....that is, until now! You even made him love it! Tender, tasty, TERRIFIC!! Thank you!!!""

Out of the other recipes in "The World in a Day," this one was my least favorite. The flavors were interesting, and I like the saffron, which made everything "pop," but the lemon rinds became very mushy as they cooked. Even when I tried to remove them, they fell apart, and pieces remained. Nothing (IMHO) is worse than biting into a mushy lemon ri...

The flavors in this dish are superb. With every bite, I kept saying "Oh, my God!" There was a flavor explosion going on in my mouth! I used my own homemade pasta recipe, but it's very similar to Tyler's. I also made individual free-form pasta servings, each square measuring about 4"x4", and stacked 4 levels high at a diagonal. The dish looked abso"

This recipe is both delicious and fun to make! I'm going to keep a bottle of limoncello going all year round, so that I always have some on hand for myself and to give away to family and friends. It really is fabulous! FYI: I used a fifth of grain alcohol (Everclear) for this recipe, which is pretty pricy, but it wasn't enough to make the 4 1/"
