"I am a very experienced cook but I have not been able to make these cookies turn out. They spread and end up overbaked on the edges by the time the middle is done. I have substituted margarine and also tried air bake vs cuisinart cookie sheet. I won't make them again."
Reviewed Spaghetti and Meatballs with Tomato Sauce
"FANTASTIC! I made this recipe and received RAVE reviews from my family and friends. I couldn't find a Cubano pepper so I substituted a Poblano. (Hazard of living in Minnesota in January) Also added 1 Tbsp white sugar. It was absolutely amazing! The meatballs were perfectly delicious. The sauce does take quite a bit of time to fully develop. Well worth the time however! Thanks Bobby! Love your shows!
