"So easy and so good. What a super way to give a baked potato a makeover. My husband loved it. We're eating the leftovers for lunch tomorrow. I'll figure out the Weight Watcher points and definitely make it again. I drained all of the fat off of the sausage so I'm guessing it's totally within the limits for an occasional meal.""
