"My Fiance and I are doing the Daniel Fast and we have been trying to be creative about what to eat..I must say this was a party in my mouth today! after a few days of eating solid salads and fruit ONLY this recipe was just what we needed! we did not have the zucchini as the recipe demanded but we substituted it with eggplant cut into small cubes...it was YUMMY..I had to make sure to swing by and say THANK YOU on behalf of all of us!!! <3 "
