Good. I felt that there was a bit too much rosemary and it got bitter. Would it be as good if the sprigs were left whole?

I did two in one roasting pan and used the rack, put the mushrooms in at 45 min after it started and didn't baste it. Honey it was perfect. It was my mom's best birthday dinner ever. Her quote "I might never go out for my birthday dinner again."
