"Adjust the garlic salt downward! I also use shredded cheese (it's just easier), fresh horseradish, and no celery (don't like it...yuck!). I made the dressing the night before because of time restraints in the morning and then added it to the pasta mixture in the morning. Reviewed Sensational Shrimp Mold

"I doubled the recipe since we were expecting about 50 people for my friend's baby shower and we were having a small get together the next day. Well only about 25 people showed for the shower and I nearly ran out of dip! Needless to say that it was knocked off completely the next day. Folks congregated around the bowl and sang its praises all night. Thanks Paula, I'm definitely keeping this in my "knock their socks off" repertoire!
