“I had only had sugar-snap peas raw, so when I got some in my Door-to-Door Organics box, I had no clue what to do with them. This was the first recipe I came across, and it is delicious and so simple! I will definitely get more peas and make it again! "”

“These were awesome! I ended up roasting them longer because they just weren't getting brown on top, when I took them out the undersides were nice and brown, so I would recommend turning them over half way. I ended up roasting them for about 45 minutes. The sauce was awesome. I used bottled lime juice from Target and it worked just fine.

“OMGosh, this soup is wonderful!
I sort of combined this recipe with the Beefy Cannellini minestrone one. I added a pound of ground beef and an extra can of beans. My market was out of pancetta, so I used regular bacon, as suggested.
I added the bay leaf from the other recipe as well, but otherwise everything else...”
