The only issue for me was the cook time. I baked it for 90 minutes and it was still a tad soft in the middle. I think if I had stuck with 60 minutes it would have been a soupy mess. I also did a water bath, just to be safe. I was serving this for Thanksgiving and really wanted to make sure it had no cracks.
