I had dinner at a friend’s and suggested we make this because I had just watched the episode and it inspired me. We followed the recipe with just one change. I could not locate plain focaccia bread so we used Italian focaccia. I think that made it even better. Very yummy and so easy to make. Thank you Giada!

Reviewed Chicken Mushroom and Bacon Pie

I made this dish last night for the family. Loved how easy it was. I changed a few things. First I added onions, garlic, carrots, and peas. (Microwave the carrots first since they can take a long time to soften.)
The only change would be reducing the bacon and drain the fat. It was a little too rich for my liking.
