My Activity

Reviewed Tomato, Scallion, and Peanut Pulao (Pilaf

"Excellent dish! If you like spicy, I think adding some red chili powder would add good flavor. I subbed yellow onion for green onions because it's what I had on hand and added some cilantro to the dish, too. Easy and quick! ""

Reviewed Good Eats Meatloaf

"My first time making meatloaf and I loved it! It was SO easy! I agree with the below comments - leave the thyme out. I found that with the particular cuts of meat, chuck - 80:20 and sirloin - 87:13 (meat:fat, it was a little oily since the croutons add oil, too. I think leaner cuts of meat would work.

The glaze was fantastic. The cumin did taste overpowering when I tried it before putting it on the meat, but after cooking, it was the perfect complement to the meatloaf. Highly recommend this recipe to anyone looking for a SIMPLE and DELICIOUS meatloaf recipe!"
