Reviewed short ribs with tagliatelle

I love making this sauce on a weekend and eating it later in the week. Putting it in the refrigerator allows you to scrape off lots of the grease too. Sometimes I use the chocolate and other times I shave Parmesan on top. Make sure you get good quality short ribs. I've also used bacon instead of pancetta and can't tell the difference in finished sauce....
