Reviewed Mini Olive Oil Cakes with Lemon Glaze

I didn't have the bundt pan but I have mini silicone cupcake holders. The batter yield me 34 mini cupcakes and I used a tsp of dried thyme leaves because I didn't fresh ones on hand. This is my first time using a blender and it's so easy to pour them into the cupcake holder! Just blend and pour. It's that easy. I will definitely make this again!"

Reviewed Spicy Pork Roast with Rosemary Potatoes

I just made it last night and it was so yummy! I didn't have red pepper flakes so I used chili powder instead and it worked well. The sauce definitely helps to enhance the flavor of the pork and the potatoes. Glad I didn't miss that out. My husband loves it and he's packing it for lunch. Guess this will be one of my top 10 recipes! :D"
