Reviewed Homemade Soft Pretzels
"This is an excellent pretzel recipe! The first time I made these they didn't come out as expected and I was very disappointed. However, I knew it had to be my mistake, so I tried again and they came out perfect. Reviewed (Panera Bread) Black Bean Soup
"I made this recipe exactly as written and it came out great. It's such a quick recipe and the flavors do come together nicely. It's not quite Panera's though. :) Panera's has a thicker base. Excellent recipe and soooooo easy! Thanks so much for sharing!!"

I made this in individual ramekins and the same cooking time applied. As a side note, I don't think the casserole even needs the extra cheese on top but I think that's a personal pre"
Reviewed Grandma's Strawberry-Rhubarb Pie
"Excellent recipe!! I let it sit for an hour and then I couldn't help myself so I cut into it. :) It was still hot and of course, a little runny. I think if I had let it sit overnight it would have been perfect. I also used an extra spoonful of tapioca to make it less runny. I didn't find it too sweet at all; I thought it was a perfect combo.
