My Activity

Reviewed Garlic Chicken and Potatoes

"The flavors were very good together. I used ground cumin that was nice with the brown sugar.
I agree with one of the other reviews that mentions turning the temperature down once you add the chicken. Also the chicken breasts that we use are very large so we split them horizonally and its more then enough chicken. Add a side vegetable or salad "

Reviewed Loin of Pork with Fennel

"This is a very nice way to serve pork and the stuffing was a welcomed change from the ordinary.
Served with applesauce and a salad, it made for a great dinner.

Reviewed BLTs With Blue Cheese-Buffalo Aioli

"A vary nice sandwich though I don't think you really need that much (4 pieces), 8 half-pieces of bacon per sandwich. The picture of this sandwich in the Food Network Magazine (October 2011) does not look like it has that much bacon on it. Fewer pieces didn't take anything away
from the great taste of this filling sandwich.""

Reviewed Crunchy Lemonade Drumsticks

"Was looking for recipes to use up lemon juice from the 18 lemons I used only the peel from to make homemade limoncello, when I found this one and it was very good. Chicken was so moist and tender. I might try just spraying the legs with cooking spray before coating with the panko though I like the idea from another review that used yogurt instea""

Reviewed Low-Fat Raspberry-Corn Muffins

"Good taste but the amount of muffins producted was way over the 12 expected. The apricot nectar is quite sweet so I would also suggest not putting in the 3/4 cup of sugar with the egg whites. Still doesn't seem like a "low-fat" recipe but will try it again with reduced ingredients.""
