"Very good! I used a combination of non-fat 1/2 and 1/2 and evaporated skim milk in place of the whole milk (none on hand). I used corkskrew pasta (cavateppi). My husband thought that the dish could be "cheesier" but I thought it was perfect.... "

"I made this recipe with Babybel Light Semisoft Cheese and I used 6 rounds (cut in half, ground turkey with Italian Style Sausage Spice (found on another website). I made the sauce according to the original recipe and it was truly wonderful. I made orecchiette pasta and steamed broccoli, rather than the suggested sides. We will be eating this me"
