"These are THE BEST chocolate chip cookies. I have become famous for these because everyone who tries them can't stop at just 1...or 2! I did however change one thing. I used half bread flour and half all purpose flour because using only bread flour gave a bit of a "cakey" cookie. If you have tried it with all bread flour and didn't think it was the best...then try half and half! It will make a huge difference. Also, let the dough chill well for best results.

"These biscuits are only decent when served with gravy...my own recipe of gravy. I should have stuck with my mom's biscuit recipe because these were NOT great. They weren't terrible either. I wouldn't want to have these with sausage, or buttered...only with gravy.
