Reviewed Bay Ridge Empanadas

"Loved this recipe! I used substituted pie crust, and chili powder instead of sazon. This meant I had everything I needed in the kitchen without a special trip to the store. I also made my version a little smaller and they had an appetizer feel. The results were great. Some might say the chili powder substitution made them a little on the spicy side, but that's how we like it at our house."

About Me

I have a wife and two kids and am new to cooking real food. (meaning more than a box of this and a can of that)  So far I find every step of the process like a stress relieving therapy session; except the clean up. :) But a good audio book goes a long way to help the medicine go down.
